Refunds & Returns

As each Forever Ours frame is handmade and personalised to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you believe there has been an error with your personalisation details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a frame has been made, changes cannot be guaranteed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
